What to Compare Before You Choose
Look beyond the monthly rent. Check what the price includes (utilities, internet, contents insurance), the distance and travel time to your university, the contract length and deposit, the room type (private or shared, en-suite or shared bathroom), and facilities such as a kitchen and laundry. Read the tenancy terms carefully, and do not pay a deposit until you have reliable proof that the property and the landlord are genuine.
