The university’s accommodation page lists these residences. It says accommodation is located in or close to King’s Campus, Hillhead Student Village and the city centre, but the page I read does not say where each residence is.

South House has three en suite rooms at £191, which the university says are normally reserved for students with a medical condition. Some residences have up to nine flatmates and others as few as three, so look at the flat size as well as the price.
Accommodation guarantee and how to apply
According to the university’s apply page:
- The guarantee applies to single, new, full-time, full academic year students whose application reaches the university by 28 August 2026 (session 2026/27). Applications are still accepted after that date.
- Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis by Student Accommodation Services, and the university cannot guarantee a preference for a specific room, apartment or flat. You can note preferences in the additional notes field.
- There is no guarantee for entrant or returning postgraduates, and only postgraduates with an unconditional offer can apply.
- Undergraduates who chose Aberdeen as their insurance choice are not eligible to apply at this stage.
- The university does not run waiting lists.
- January entry applications open around late October.
