MIT graduate housing

MIT lists its graduate residences (including Ashdown House, Sidney-Pacific, Tang Hall, Westgate and the affiliated Graduate Junction) but publishes no rents on its rate-setting page. It says rates will rise by a weighted average of 3.5%, with increases of 1% to 5% by unit type, to cover operating costs. The page’s heading says 2026-27 while its text refers to 2025-26, so check which year applies with MIT Graduate Housing.
